I uninstall komplete kontrol to my old computer

I am trying to install my komplete kontrol on a new computer,I downloaded the native access with the same account as the old PC but the banks for the controller did not appear.

So I wonder if the problem is perhaps that I have to uninstall kk from the old computer?

No, one may install Komplete on up to three computers (at the same time). So, one installation on old computer is not source of your problem.

I am not sure, but maybe you have to enter Licences Number(s) of NI SW on new computer. I do not install on new computer often, so maybe it is not needed.

Also, people sometimes have two or more NI accounts and by mistake enter to NA the wrong one without licences....
