kontakt 6 electric sunburst library not making sound in the DAW

so when i tried opening electric sunburst with kontakt 6 in fl studio i get no sound, i cant choose sounds presets and the songs presets box just says "loading". when i open kontakt as standalone it works just fine without any issues though. any ideas?

    i figured it out. apparently i was using an older PTU so i updated my fl studio and now it works fine.

    Hello,

    have you checked that the plugin is the same version as the stand alone app. It´s under help - about or something like that.
