i have just bought the X1 mrk3,

when I try downloading the latest tractor pro 3.10 of native access, it does nothing, i have an exclamation mark where the download button should be, i have tried to refresh and uninstalled access,

when i press update all, it just says starting. that it nothing

can anybody help me

    Have you added the serial of your X1 to Native Access?

    Left bottom is a link in NA where you can add your serialnumber so NA knows what Software you purchased with your hardware

    Yes , of course you have , activated your serial , but trust me not all people do and some people complain that they only have the trial/demo version after purchase .. So you have to ask...

    Did you try a log out , then restart computer and then log in again ?

    And , you must also be using latest version of Native Access for your OS..

    Also , since you are on Windows , I think that there is possibly an issue with tractor Pro above 3.08 on AMD based computers !     yes i have done all that and it still says demo, i also have the latest native access.

    Try loading the demo and after installing, launch NativeAccess again and try to activate the full version with your serial.

    @leonroberts1972 So you were able to open the Traktor application but you get a demo error message?

    My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access

    Does that help?

    I have done all of that, been waiting 3 days for NI to get back to me

    @leonroberts1972 Our offices are closed on weekends, so it can take a bit longer to get an answer if you submitted a request on a Friday. My colleagues got back to you this morning and it seems you found the solution in the end, can you share what worked for you?

    I don't know, it just worked today. Still can't subscribe to trakor pro plus, says that I have to purchase traktor pro3 but I have it ant its the full version now not the demo

    Ok, thanks, for the Traktor Pro Plus my colleagues will get back to you. I understand it can be frustrating not to be able to use the product you bought but making many threads and tickets with the exact same topic does not help.
