Strummed Acoustic 1 and 2

Hey guys, I am facing a few problems in both the acoustic guitar. The problem is that it seems to work fine, until I change the tempo to 1/2. Then there is no sound at all. Normal speed and twice the speed works fine, just the half tempo does not work (not even by clicking the piano roll on the Kontakt 7 interface with a mouse). Has anyone faced this issue ever? Can Anyone please help me out here. Thanks in advance.
Using Reaper on Win 11.

Do you have any of the Guitars that include a melody instrument? Its easier to achieve any tempo you like on these by incorporating interchanging pattern playing and your own melody lines. It takes a bit of co-ordination tho.
With the 2 instruments you mention, you can somewhat achieve slower tempos by choosing an ideal pattern, altering its length/start and end points, using keyswitches both to change other ideal patterns you've programmed in, and to incorporate strums, stops etc.
One thing I like about Strummed Accoustic is you can set it to stop immediately. That is very handy.
I just went and tried those 2 Guitars and Strummed acoustic had a preset that wouldn't play a preset below 65 BPM and another did play at 60, but most require 62.

It could be a problem related to sample rate (and buffer size). Try to test various settings in the audio interface preferences

@LostInFoundation Thank you for responding. I'll try doing that and will let you know

Its not sample rate and buffer size. Its by design it seems. I suppose its because slower tempos mean moving too far away from where the sounds were sampled thus introducing artifacts.
So yes, I get that behaviour too and its annoying. I wished they could play at lower tempos. Some of the presets give a little more lee-way before refusing to play. Usually its around the 60 bpm mark. That is very limiting if you want to use a slow tempo and 60bpm is not exactly the slowest tempo people want to use.. On some of the Guitars theres ways around it but its somewhat limited.
