My Jog Wheels stop working and no more sound

I after 1 hour break I turned my tractor back on, but now both jog wheels not turning anymore in TT mode and the song stops when I turn TT on. And I can hear no sound from the speaker or headphones. I can see on the displays that there is sound, since I see the beats fader still works since when I move it I can see that there is no more sound.

I did a restore of the settings already, did not help.

Heute hat mein S4 MK3 für 4 Minuten nachdem einschalten wieder funktioniert Sound auf Lautsprecher und Kopfhörer. Beide Jog wheel funktionieren im TT Mode. Dann brach der Sound immer mehr zusammen während des Playbacks und die Jog wheels drehen sich nicht mehr und nichts ist live zu hören Aufnahme des Playbacks funktioniert immer noch., Aber kein live Sound
