I can´t upgrade Kontakt 7 player to Kontak 7 full, I have a full license

Hi everyone, yesterday bought a Kontakt Full license, but I´ve trying to upgrade the Kontak but I can´t, the Native Access software just dowload the player version and all is in demo, I can´t load a new instrument.

Thank you mates!! That was a Native Access Installator issue, when download an older Native Access Instasllator version for Windows 8, Kontak started working, I had issues with Windows 11 version

Yes, I´ve been trying uninstalling all, Kontakt Player and Native Access, and deleting all files in the system. I´m trying to load a new instrument, I want to create a Yamaha Key´s sample and another real instruments

It could be this Native Access issue here: Only Kontakt 7 Player / Reaktor 6 Player shows up in Native Access
