I made an order for a new controller Friday. I still haven't seen that order filled. Funny, because they took my money no problem, but don't seem to have even LOOKED at my order
@Weasel It seems your order was sent already but our internal system was not updated. My colleagues will get back to you as soon as they get the tracking number.
Doesn’t it state something like “processing” or “under investigation”?
Sometimes it takes a few days for money to clear across countries so if you hear nothing by next week just send a follow up ticket.
