Transfering license

I got a Komplete Kontrol 49 that I want to sell but when I try to transfer the downloadable stuff it says Not transferable. How do I get past that?

There are different Licence-types at NI

• the normal one
• the HW one (bound to Hardware)
• and some that are not transferable because, f.e. the Software is to old that you try to transfer, also Komplete Start is not transferable, beacuse it is bound to the Komplete package with th Kontrol 49.

If you sell the K49 and the new owner enters the Serial, often he automatically gets those package licences transfered.

I got Maschine MK3 second hand and within that bundle I got "Komplete 11 Select for Maschine", "Maschine 2 for Maschine", ... all these are not transferable on its own.

have you tried to transfer the entry komplete kontrol A49 or something like that, cause you can't transfer single stuff, just all together.
