A25 keyboard isnt working

My A25 keyboard isnt working either as standalone or with logic. Anytime I try to open in logic i get an error message: The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -50). What should i do, any one can help? Thanks

    How is it plugged? Directly into computer or through hub? Have you tried the other way?

    I would have suggested you as first step to reinstall drivers, but I see you are on Mac.

    One thing often suggested for Macs is “has disk access been granted for all the involved parties?” (Komplete Kontrol, Logic, Native Access, NTK Daemon (just to be sure…)…or any other program in which you want to use the A25)

    Hey @jozemark welcome to the forum. I moved your post to the Komplete Kontrol section, I don't think it had anything to do with Native Access.

    Is everything functional in Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Did you install the Komplete Kontrol application in Native Access ?

    Have you given full disk access to Komplete Kontrol and Logic? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    If that does not help, please take a screenshot of the error message nad post it here.
