Have you launched Kontakt using the standalone application and allowed it to scan for new content?

What version of Kontakt do you have? It needs the latest one.

no, why should I have to do that

I have Kontkat 7

Yes but what version? This is a new library so requires the current version (7.5.2)

I looked for updates in Native Access for Kontakt didn’t see anything

You might not if your OS is not compatible with the latest version - NA is 'smart' enough not to show updates that break compatibility - which is why I asked you to check your exact version - is it 7.5.2?

Some of us are at work. I need to be home

Im running 7.4.2

I’m afraid that’s the reason then, you are probably running an OS that isn’t supported by Kontakt 7.5.2. Is upgrading a possibility?

Shouldn’t be an issue when the site says all you need is 7.4 or higher

Use to be the suggestion as only the standalone application scanned for new content automatically, that may have changed but usually it is the first suggestion to always test the standalone applcationa nd confirm the issue is still there.

Yes... but when you are on macOS it IS important to make sure your OS meets the min requirements for software especially when using any OS version that is a few releases behind.
Kontakt 7.4 is not supported on your OS so you need to look at updating.

all my other play series work

Ok, can't help then, can only point out what could be the issues. Maybe there are dependencies needed for that specific library. Main point is, if you are not running the minimum required OS for the software, that would be the first thing to resolve.
