Why does is Massive not showing any presets for other sounds?

Why does is Massive not showing any presets for other sounds? It is only giving me the opening sound "Untitled" but I have no ability to scroll to different sounds. Is this a common issue? I just installed this fresh.

    Have you opened the standalone Massive application to allow it to scan the installed presets?

    Massive in standalone works seamlessly, with the presets showing.

    Massive in Pro Tools now is working seamlessly. All the presets are now showing. Thank you for your help!
