Kontakt Player - missing from interface?

Hi, I'm new to Kontakt and trying out various thing in Komplete. I'm trying out the Play Series selection instruments, eg Ethereal Earth, and seem to be missing some elements in the interface. I'm not sure if this is a limitation of Player version, but have seen a demo where they appear to exist. Eg in screenshot below, the Sound/FX/Seq buttons are missing, and there's no way to browse or select waveforms against A & B. I have the same issue in Hybrid Keys and Analog Dreams too. Have tried reinstalling Kontakt Player, and the Play Series. Is this normal?

Hey @philz There was an update to this three libraries a year after their release introducing new features.

Whren you own these products now you get the 2 versions with presets for each version:

In the Play Series Selection I believe you only get presets from version 1.

I hope it helps solving the mystery!

Hey @Jeremy_NI thanks for the reply. Good info but I'm not sure it answers the question?

So just to confirm, it looks like I have version 1, and I can only see that 1 version listed:

My question is not around the presets as such though, it's more - why can I only select presets, and not edit anything else? For example in Ethereal Earth, there's no option to browse or select a waveform for A or B - I only see what is loaded in the preset, and there's no way in the interface to change it. I can't scroll through or search other waveforms:

But the user manual shows it is possible to do this:

I also seem to have some elements missing from the top right section here:

Where the user manual shows Sound, FX etc:

Without these, I can't go to edit sound parameters for example, because I have no way to get into the Sound View.

Please read more carefully:

In the Play Series Selection I believe you only get presets from version 1. In version 2 you get this:

So it's normal that you don't have these Sound, fx, seq and macros as it is not available in version 1/Play Series Selection, only with the full versions of Ethereal Earth, Hybrid Keys and Analog Dreams. Is it clearer now?
