Hello,

you have to download native access, enter the serial(s) there, of course create an account first and log in, then you should be able to download all your stuff easily. Don´t forget to set maybe install folders first if you want to. Under file/settings/file management Native Access (native-instruments.com)

i have native accss and y have an account. i had it earlyer

but i can not find mij download y purchached

when i add the serial he said you ar registered now but i stil dont no what to do then

If you are online and go into your account under the "my products" page, do you see your registered products? I mean on the native start site, a little man sign and then go to "my products and serials".

Make sure you are using the latest version of Native Access, as the old one might not show all products:

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

Then make sure you enter the correct email and password in Native Access.

i do everything correct ill find kontakt 7 bundle compleet with serial whatever y do ik can not find the downloads i wanted

even when y put the regcode into nativeaccess my version of kontact 7 is still in demo mode

Oh I see, it's in demo mode, so it could be this current issue with Native Access: Only Kontakt 7 Player / Reaktor 6 Player shows up in Native Access

Try these steps, hopefully this time you'll have a full functioning Kontakt.
