Thank you for your help. I have found these expansions in Massive as you told me. I wasn't looking in the right place initially. Thanks once again

You may need to set proper search path for NI plugins in your DAW.

My installation Path is D:/NI Libraries and all Expansions are there. When opening Komplete Control in my DAW and select Loops there are only 22 Expansions out of the 41 items. Why would 22 install correctly and not the rest if they all have the same installation path? Should I transfer these files to an External Drive and see if that fixes the problem? Also I have done a scan of all VST's and Plugin's from my DAW and it has not fixed the problem. Any suggestions please? Thank you

Are all the expansions you installed tho loops? Might some be Kontakt libraries which would appear under Instruments?

What are some examples or screenshots of what is installed and what is missing?

If you open Komplete Kontrol standalone do you see the same? If you open Native Access does it show them installed and activated?

Hi Thank You for your quick response. These are all the expansions that are visible in my Komplete Kontrol under the category All Loops. All Expansions listed in Native Access show that all are installed. The Expansions that are not showing in Komplete Kontrol just to name a few are Nocturnal State-Stadium Flex-Spectrum Quake-Kino-Fade ect... I have Komplete 14 Standard full version. Shouldn't all the Expansions be visible in All Loops in Komplete Kontrol? I await for your response and instructions. Regards Helen

Nocturnal State and Stadium Flex are Massive expansion, not expansion loops:

These will be listed likely as banks for the Massive plugin. You need to check that what you expect to appear in the loops section are actually loop expansions, not all are, some will be instrument expansions.

So is Spectrum Quake - and Kino and Fade are Massive X banks - none of these should show in Loops but rather as plugin banks

Always check if everything is showing/working in Komplete Kontrol in standalone. Then check that the expansions where you see loops missing do have loop samples on their product pages.

Thank you , yes I did find the user name a bit peculiar but if I were to judge everyone by their user name then I do not know where we would all end up !
