quickload issue

for some reason I cannot select files to drag to the quick load box. Is a circle with a line through it. So basically I cannot use my quick load at all

    @TOM B What version of Kontakt? What OS? In a DAW? Standalone? Some context might help here.

    K7 win 11....Cakewalk


    I didn't post that information because I thought it would be a universal button or something I'd have to switch to make that happen. Basically I can't select anything and drag it to the quick load.
