good morning family I bought a 49.00 update of traktor 3 but I can't install it on my windows 10 it recognizes it as traktor 3 demo and I can't get support to talk to native instruments can someone help me please

Make sure windows is up to date

Did you have a Traktor 2 (or 1) license before?

The Traktor update license depends on having a full license before.

Nevermind. I didn´t notice your installed software in the picture.

I see you have both Traktor Pro 2 and 3 on your desktop. But, in NI Access Traktor Pro 3 is showing in demo mode so it's not been activated in NI Access. Update to the latest NI Access and then activate Traktor Pro 3 there you should get the latest updated release.
