Analog Dreams and other instruments stop playing

Hi, Kontakt Factory library instruments are working fine, but when I try Analog Dreams, for example the following happens:

  1. I load a patch, hit a few virtual/real keyboard keys to make sure it's playing (it plays).
  2. Play back a bit of MIDI in the DAW (Cakewalk Bandlab) to make sure that's working...it works.
  3. Now, if I stop playback and try to play the keyboard or playback MIDI a second time, no sound, or very low-volume sound that differs from the original patch.

If I switch to a new patch, it starts "working" again back at step 1. Anyone else experience this? Appreciate any help, thanks.

    Actually I found the solution.

    In Cakewalk, go to Edit - Preferences - Project - MIDI, and then clear the Zero Controllers When Play Stops checkbox.

    What are you using? Kontakt 6 or 7 or Komplete Kontrol?
