HAs the support ticket system gone or is it just hard to find?

    Right. But they doesn’t answer my question Jeremy. Has the ‘support ticket’ system gone because I can’t find it?

    You have links to our typeforms/wizards, there you have some general troubleshoot steps, depending on the issue you are having. If no solution is found you always have the possibility to submit a request, submitting a request there creates a "support ticket".

    I hope it's clearer now.
