Purchased Vocal Colors Yesterday and it is not appearing in my Native Access.
Every time I try NI support it times out.
If anyone any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

in case if it does not appear after pressing the refresh-button or restarting your computer and re-opening Native Access, please try the following:
Go to the "My products and Serials" section on our homepage and copy your Vocal Colors serial.
Next, please open Native Access and paste the serial in the "Add Serial" field.
Native Access will now display a message about the successful registration of a product.
Does it name Vocal Colors or does it display a different product name?
