Native Instruments Strummed Acoustic 2

When I record using Strummed Acoustic 2, any pattern I use starts from the middle and not the start of the pattern. What can I do to fix it? I want the pattern to play from the starting point. Any help?

    I believe it's noted in the manual that you need to start the note just before the start of the measure although I've never had any problem if it was on the measure.

    @Joshua Lepcha Where is that happening? which DAW? Operating system?

    @Jeremy_NI When i let the plugin follow the host, certain patterns just start from the middle (if it's a 16th bar pattern, it starts from 8th onwards).

    DAW - Reaper

    Os - Windows 11

    Can you check if the start position of the pattern is set to 0 here?
