Hello there,

i just wanted to ask if I can get the crossgrade price for Kontakt 7 having bought Playbox + Duets + Replika XT in a charity bundle offer with izotope elements? Thank you

You should be eligible for crossgrade, since Playbox is listed as base product

But…some users reported some crossagrade products not registering saying the base product wasn’t available even if it was there. And in their case the base product was part of a bundle like in your case. They didn’t report anything back for some days, so maybe they solved the issue.

To be sure, I would ask anyway for reassurance to the Support by opening a ticket and specifying your playbox was part of a bundle, to see if they tell you you are eligible anyway (the web shop should already tell you this, by checking your account while choosing the crossgrade, but not long time ago it had some acknowledged bugs and some users were told to ignore the message telling them they were not eligible even if they owned the right products)
