Fix for Bazzazian kits not playing samples

I was missing sound for pads in Lottaflex and Tiptoe kits. This can be fixed by going to Channel Midi > Sound Output > Cue set to Off for the pads where there is no sound. Fix by changing Cue to On. 

Also Orkestra kit, Pad 16 has a Gate plugin with output mix set to 100% and consequently no sound. The output mix value needs to be dialled down to hear the sample. 

I hope this helps. If anyone has a better solution please let me know.
