Just bought tracktor kontrol s4 at an auction

So I just bought a tracktor kontrol s4 at an auction. Will I still be able to use this controller with the software that it requires without have the card that it comes with? And coul I use a universal power adapter with it?

The previous owner should ask for a license transfer. If you have no contact with him, open a ticket with NI support explaining them the situation.
