Black screen when running Kontakt 7

Hello. I'm coming across a problem with Kontakt 7 displaying a black screen when running on Windows 10 machine. I see the Direct3D/Feature Levels requirements for Kontakt 7 are v11 for both. I'm running Direct3D 11.2 with Feature Level 10_1. How can I update to Feature level 11? There doesn't seem to be any helpful articles explaining how to do this. Is it entirely necessary to run with Direct3D?

    @paulhc First of all, make sure you have the latest driver for your graphics card installed and the latest Windows update. If this doesn’t change the Direct X feature level this is unfortunately an indication of the graphics card limitation. The only solution here is to upgrade to a new graphics card.

    Thanks for the reply. I was hoping there was a way to Kontakt 7 in “budget mode”, but I guess time finally caught up with my aging machine.
