How to add a preset to favorites via s61 mkii browser ?

Hi guys,

got my s61 mkii a few days ago and I can’t find a way to add a plugin preset to my favorites using the keyboard. When I’m browsing the presets on the keyboard there's the favorite button on the top (button 7), but when I click it (as explained in the user manual) it brings me to the favorite screen that contains no favorites. The only workaround I found is to do this via komplete kontrol application by clicking the small start at the left of the plugin name. It’s not very convenient as it forces me to reach out for the mouse which kinda break my workflow.

any idea how to do that straight from the keyboard ? Am I missing something ?

Thanks.

Just press shift and button 7 adds favourites instead of just showing them

Yes, that favorites button on the keyboard only lets you access existing favorites in Komplete Kontrol and I know of no way to create favorites directly on the keyboard. But perhaps one of the NI guys can confirm this for you. I certainly agree that it should work both ways!

Thanks ! I guess the official documentation should be updated to include this, it’s so useful!

Yes - should have added this only works in browser view where you can see the whole list of presets (not plugin)
