How long does it takes until the Support answers my Ticket ?

Hello,

Maybe the wrong place here. But don't know where to ask. I feel a bit left alone by the Native Instruments Support.

My Question: How long does it take until the support answers my Ticket ?

I'm waiting since almost 48 hours since I've opened a ticket and no answer.

    @EmAge My colleagues got back to you yesterday. Thanks for your patience. Our reply times can depend on the issues or department. In your case, it was a registration issue, it is usually no more than 2 working days. It can be a bit slower at times if there was a lot of requests in the weekend.

    I assume they don't work on sundays. Apart from that it often takes a bit.

    I've wrote them that it's important. If the company doesn't support me, I won't support the company and give the product I just bought back. I get good help from the community, but they can't help me in any cases.

    Well, to be fair ALL users are important so even if you run a studio and have deadlines there is no forcing faster support. Has been pretty well known for a loooooong time that NI support are not the fastest in the industry.

    While you wait you could try post your problem in detail in the appropriate forum here and maybe one of the brains round here can help you solve it.
