Native Access 3.5 - Downloads failing every time

Hello,

I've recently moved to a new PC running Windows 10 and every VST install/update via Native Access fails. The download gets stuck at 240kb and the estimation time constantly rises until the download fails.

I have no firewall / anti virus settings blocking NA 3.5.

I have Komplete Ultimate 11 and every VST included in this bundled installs fine if the K11 NI HD is connected. However, I can't update any VST or download any new VSTs that were not included in K11U.

I am connected via ethernet, 93mb download speed via Giganet UK. A VPN isn't being used either.

Is Windows 10 potentially the issue?

Do you get an error message? Is it one of those?

Native Access Error Message: Download Failed: "Unknown error"

Native Access Error Message: "Download Failed: Please Check Your Internet Connection" (Windows)

Native Access Error Message: Downloading (*Product*) failed: could not create new file or truncate existing file

Did any of the solutions/tips work for you?

No follow up, just Download Error. Thank you for the links but there's indication why these aren't working. Do you know how recent version 3.5 is? I've put in a support ticket.

Thank you, I’ve just had my ticket reply from Terry - he has recommended that I try installing the Komplete Start package with Kontakt 7. However, I will be unable to do so. I have a boxed educational version of Komplete Ultimate 11, I can install any vst offline via the Komplete hard drive. However, I can’t update or download any vsts connected to the internet. This is an issue with Native Access 3.5 or a compatibility issue with Windows 10. I have a download speed of 100mbps and no proxy/VPN connections

Win 10 Access 3.5 
I dont understand and i decided to  use installed payed NI  Maschine , fx and instruments . I dont havetime on being nervous and anxious.
Its allready happend to me and i bought Maschine MK3 and NI software to make music not to loose my healt .
I will eventualy buy newer version of kmplete with next Maschine MK3 or MK plus ( i hope so ).
My income frtom Music is enaugh for bills and i am saving for plus but MK3 will be OK for replacin the old one.
I think M plus is the best solutio because of quality build. 
I must countinue to Music and to avoid any stress and  my healt and i know how consuming trying to resolve the problem on software can be and i didnt buy Instruments to fixing them but to play wthe Music.
I know that NI crew_Support and technicians are the best (based from my expirience).
i have to finish what i have and when i save enough money then i will think.
