The gentlemen Piano not appear in "not installed"

Hallo


i bought Arturia Minilab 3, it comes with serial number for The gentlemen Piano

I've added the serial on Native access but the Sw doesn't appear on "not installed" section, as per instructions


any solution?

    Hi @alekelli I could see the license is successfully registered under your account. Are you using the latest version of Native Access?

    yes it's updated to the last version


    me too i see is activated but it never appears on "not installed", even refreshing


    what's going on?
