Light Guide Template only in Midi-Mode ?

the Light Guide feature is great. I just created a midi template to give the Keyswitches of the plugin (Ample Sound - Ample Bass A) different colors. It worked well. But I can only see the custom light guide in midi mode, but the controls of the plugin are only available in plugin mode. So you always have to switch back and forth between both modes. Is this intended ? If yes, then it has nothing to do with workflow. I want to see Keyswitches and controls of the plugin at the same time. Is it possible ?

You can’t, light guide is controlled from the plug-in itself in plug-in mode so the developer of the plugin has to build it in. No way to make it other than in MIDI mode but then you don’t have access to the NKS mapped controls
