Kontakt 4 missing from my list of products, cant use my K4 library. Please help

Using K4 Im able to use my old K4 library, but then get it only in 'demo' mode.

The old activation code doesn't help. I paid for this full version of K4 and would like

to use its huge library, in K4 or Kontakt 7 Player.

    Same here with Kontakt 5. The original factory library won’t show in Kontakt 7 so I loaded 5 and even though it is registered it still stays on Demo mode. I’ve re registered it, no dice. Native instruments/access is truly broken and I can’t use a product I paid for.

    Are you sure it's not Kontakt 4 Application that's in demo? I have always thought (possibly wrongly) that the K4 factory library has no protection whatever. The samples are wav and accessible to editing, and the scripts are unlocked. I have K4 installed but not the K4 library (according to Native Access) but the library runs with no problems in K4 and K5.

    NI changed the authorisation procedures in 2020 making it impossible to authorise a large number of older products. Under a lot of pressure from users they patched the system so that a limited number of these products could be authorised with Native Access.     Kontakt 4 doesn't appear in either. In case of difficulty in authorising Kontakt 4 App it might be worth trying the old version of NA (1.14.1). If you can't get it to work then I suspect NI are legally obliged to help you out.

    Incidentally because the K4 library is not an "official" library (believe it or not!) I wouldn't expect it to work in any version of Kontakt Player.

    @Rollo I suspect your issue is a different one. You have a M1 computer, check this article: GUITAR RIG 5, KONTAKT and SUPER 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems

    In Kontakt 7 the old Kontakt Factory Library will only show in the old school browser.
