I'm selling an s8 i bought second hand but never received license with it. However...

I just recently bought an s4 mk3 and have the license for that, previous to using the s8 I had an s2 mk3, which unfortunately was damaged at a house party.

seeing as i own the license for the s2 mk3 and the software license as well then, and also the license for the new s4 mk3, would it work if I sell this prospective buyer the s8 and have the license for the s2 transferred over to him as well? will it be usable then? Or is that against the terms and conditions.
