What shortcut ? What gain ?

For gain info try looking at manual pages : 62, 63, 97 and 199

i want to add I have test with hybrid keys and ignition key the shortcuts work.

The shortcuts seem to stop working when I change '' all instrument '' and choose to use only Kontakt

and I forgot to said I am using Komplete Kontrol in a plug in inside a daw.

this is how I load my instrument..

I do it the same way, but I don't have any problems. That's odd.
