Kontrol x1 km2 double spacing

I recently got an used good condition kontrol x1 mk2 and is working perfectly fine, but the only issue I have is when I’m going through my playlist it skips a song…(It only selects add numbers) and does the same thing for the looping (I select 4, skips 8 and goes to straight to 12)

Right, to make it easier for us to assess the situation, please connect the X1, then open your Traktor Preferences -> Controller Manager, expand the Device menu and post a screenshot (see example below):

Hi @Luis Moreno,

plesse let us know which operating system you are on (e.g. Win11, macOS 13) and which Traktor update you are using. It's easy to find out: just click on the Traktor Logo in the top left corner in order to open the About window:

Click on the About window once to close it again.

Mhh, also check if if there are multiple mappings active for the x1.

That's usually behind double triggers, but it also makes toggles (like PLAY or SYNC) work not at all ...
