Kontakt shows files missing

When Ioad Kontakt 6.5.2 I now get that the sound library is missing from the drive when it was never on that drive.

(See the attached Image)

I select ignore and load the library saving it to a good known location but when I restart the song file, I get the same message that the library is missing and for some reason kontakt again points to the location that the library never existed.

I completely uninstalled the software, searched for any stray .dll files and then reinstalled the software but the problem returned.

What should I do?

Instead of choosing Ignore, try Resolve Manually - Browse for folder and point at the right directory where the library is installed

You can also try the following: How to Batch re-save a KONTAKT Library

Batch re-save tales an eternity to complete.

@Jeremiah Lyles Yeah, maybe not the best option. Let's try another approach. What destination is shown in Native Access? Do you get a repair sign next to the library? You can check what installation path is selected here:

@Jeremiah Lyles Any update? Do you still need help?

Multiple issues cropped up since the initial problem. I had a OS failure and reinstalled the OS. The problem did not go away but the other non Kontakt issue is that my email address was deleted from the Presonus web site and so I cannot install my DAW. I'm running in demo mode. For this reason a complete resolution will be delayed until Presonus finds out how their site was hacked and why my email disappeared.

I have not heard from Presonus for nearly a week since. Anyone have a direct link?
