Guitar Rig 6 presets not importing or saving

I just got GR6 (what is supposed to be Pro), and I'm having problems importing presets. I have them set in the right place (users...), and I can find them when I go to import them, but they don't import. Additionally, there's only 52 presets that are there. Shouldn't there be more?

Turns out - PRO wasn't the version that downloaded. It was PLAYER. Once NI finally got PRO to dl, the presets showed up. Thanks!

@Dan.X , there should indeed be a lot more presets. Are you trying to import presets from GR5 or users presets from someone you know? If you can maybe share a screenshot of your presetview, that might help.
