@Mark_NI

Hello again, the new version 3.9 is not being offered automatically in the native access app? And do I have to change the def dir again to make the remix sets again?

    Try to remove whatever version you have installed right now. Restart native access and see if you can install 3.9 again.

    What OS are you using?

    What Native Access version are you using?

    What version of Traktor does it offer you?

    Hi @Upstairsaterics, hi @Nobbi,

    As @lord-carlos already implies with his questions, it depends on your operating system - update 3.9 drops support for 10.15 (Catalina) and is therefore not being offered by Native Access on this macOS (and older ones).

    Is my assumption correct that you are on a macOS version below Monterey (macOS11)?

    I have an ASUS Laptop with Windows 10 and Traktor 3.8.

    Is this the reason not to be updated ?

    Cheers Nobbi

    This really not a lot of fun this product, in native access says I have version 3,9 installed I had the beta version installed, but I don't have this version installed, I have all the previous versions installed but there the remix sets don't work.

    OS is Ventura 13.4

    Sofar only y trouble with the software :(
