I recently bought a Komplete Kontrol S88 from the online NI store. It was delivered today, but it seems the serial number has already been registered. This purchase was also supposed to come with Komplete 14 Standard. The other posts here seem to cover second hand purchases or purchases from Guitar Center, etc,. I was curious if my product is actually second hand? Anyone with a similar experience?
