I submitted 2 tickets. Bought new keyboard a few weeks ago and the serial will not register. This is really holding me up on a project, close to returning it.

I am beginning to wish I hadn't bothered quite honestly. I can't download the software, keyboard order delayed even though I paid for expedited, can't get a response to a support ticket. Native Instruments seems to be a joke. Seriously considering calling it fraud with my credit card company.
I am honestly sorry for the negativity. I just I wish I could at least use the software while I wait for the keyboard. Frustrating and pushing a project back.
@BryanM My colleagues answered your request (3975300) on Tuesday the 27th but you did not reply yet, can you check your inbox, spam & filters?
@Microbe I checked and it seems that the keyboard was finally delivered. I've highered the priority on your other ticket, also answered you in another post related to your Native Access issue.

@Microbe It doesn't come with a power supply, it can be powered by USB.
