Native Access Installation Problem

After downloading the Mac M1-M2 version, I was instructed to drop it into my app file. When I tried, I got a message that said, "App is not supported in your country or region." I live in Georgia in the USA. That does not seem correct. Can anyone advise? Thanks.

Do you use NA1 or NA2. If the first, please update to Native Access 2. Do it work?

I have not been able to download anything. I'm new, and am trying to catch their sale.

    Hello,

This is a MAC problem, not a Native Access one. Maybe you are using VPN? Please disable it and try again.

If you are not behind a VPN, try this: In the App Store on your Mac, choose Store > Account, then click Account Settings. (You may also need to enter your Apple ID.) In the Apple ID Summary area, click Change Country or Region. Click the pop-up menu, choose a country or region, then follow the on-screen instructions.

Or perhaps follow the instructions from here:

I looked and my country/region is correct. Any other ideas. I did read that M2 chips are a problem at the moment with NI. Does anyone know if this is true and what to do? Thanks
