Komplete Kontrol won't show reaktor factory library plugins

Hi there,
I noticed that one of the Reaktor plugins is missing from the Komplete Kontrol. When I tried looking for more Reaktor factory library plugins, I discovered that while being able to access them in Reaktor itself, none of them would come up in the Komplete Kontrol search.
No luck after reinstalling the Reaktor Factory Library via native access.
Also, I reset the Komplete Kontrol library by deleting the komplete.db3 and favorites.db3 files, but this did not help.
I tried manually add the path of the Reaktor Factory Library to Komplete Kontrol (lunched it as standalone and then opened preferences and then library) but got an error "duplicate location".
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Maybe I'm doing something wrong? The native instruments are new to me.
Please help :)
Thank you!
Using Ableton 11.3.3
I'm on m1 mac.
OS version 12.5.1

Yeah it's always been the case that the sequenced synths are missing, you will notice for example that Green Matrix is showing but Blue Matrix is not. Not sure why but I think it was to do with the fact that Komplete Kontrol was meant to accompany NI keyboards which can't play the sequenced synths directly - except that's not actually true of some, Atmotion being a good example. Plus it does include Newscool. It's a bit weird. Anyway the workaround is to copy them to user Reaktor ensembles and add the path to Komplete Kontrol library in settings. Voila!

Hi,
Thank you for your response!
I copied atmotion to /Users/username/Documents/Native Instruments/Reaktor 6/Ensembles then opened KOMPLETE KONTROL Preferences > Library > User and added /Users/username/Documents/Native Instruments/Reaktor 6/Ensembles to komplete. Pressed "rescan".
For some reason, even after restarting the laptop, I still cannot view them. What am I doing incorrectly?:)

Should work. Are you looking under Reaktor in the User section of Komplete Kontrol? Restart isn’t necessary just the database scan (make sure you are scanning that actual path selected in the library tab- not just a rescan user library command)

Yes, selected the Ensembles path and then ran "rescan".

Look in the drop-down list, “All banks’ - not search - that would only show a preset called Atmotion. Each ensemble shows as a separate bank of presets

You're nearly there but that’s the factory section now :) - do the same in the User section
