I put in a request to cancel an order I placed yesterday. I would like to re-purchase Collectors Edition. How long does it take for NI to respond?

I am going to put in my second order in order not to miss out on the Sound of Summer 2023 sale.

The order is still in progress and according to the refund policy I can still cancel it because I have not downloaded or registered any products I bought.

Realized I can save money by bundling up and get more sounds.

    The answers are a bit delayed now, exactly because of Summer Of Sound offers

    I really hope they cancel the order before the sale is up. :( I made a huge mistake. I would like to re-order with the Collectors Edition and a few other expansion packs which are not included in Collectors Edition.
