Check on ticket status

Is there a way to check on a ticket?

I went through the KK support wizard and generated a ticket (3973016). I received an automated e-mail asking for the info from the support tool, which I have replied to. Since I got the automated e-mail, I know my address was correct ... 😊

Appreciate any pointers.

    I submitted the ticket on Saturday. I was really just wanting to know if anyone needed additional information or if anyone has had a chance to even look at it. I'm feeling creative and being impatient ... 😁

    I usually have better luck by clicking on my account and choosing "order history" where the serial # shows up. You can paste that into Native Access.

    Hm ... no dice. Maybe that means that the ticket hasn't been looked at yet.
