Studio one 6

Mac - BIG SUR

Weird issue - Opened a song in Studio One.

There was a pop up randomly asking for permission to access my external drive (where KONTAKT library is) It didn't look totally legit so I didn't allow and now none of the sounds will play in KONTAKT.

I've reinstalled Kontakt and it works perfectly out-with Studio One, however every time I open studio one.....Kontakt stops playing sounds...THEN If I then reopen outside studio one again Kontakt no longer plays sounds. I then have to reinstall Kontakt which will work perfectly until I open studio one at which point it no longer plays again?!

Its like studio one is blocking Kontakt. Any ideas how I can reset this?

I've reinstalled kontakt and studio one.

any help appreciated.

Could have something to deal with the famous Mac thing “Giving full disk access” that always get named.

Do all programs have full disk access and microphone/speakers access?

You’re welcome. It’s one of the first thing Support suggest to Mac users 👍🏼
