Keyboard mapping split to play chords with LH and scales with RH?

As far as I can tell, this isn't possible with the Komplete Kontrol software correct?

From my understanding, this can only be done at the DAW level with MIDI assignments but, I would love to hear any comments on this. Thanks!

    You can split the keyboard as a MIDI template, that is you can create the keyboard to send 2 different midi channels and ranges but this will only work in a DAW as you have guessed, KK only supports a single instrument.

    You’re right. KK can’t split.

    Mant DAWs have midi plugins that can help in this
