the volume level of particles in piano colors changes by itself time to time, even if i do not change the volume level. sometimes it becomes loud. next day it may become very low. i wrote to galaxy instruments and native instruments both with screenshots. it never has been solved and never got a reasonable answer. i even received a message from native instruments asking me "how was the support i got" which i never got. i actually do not use piano colors anymore because of this reason. i am a bit upset. i have m1 max, logic 10.7.3 and i never live any problems with other plug ins. if this can't be solved i would like to find out if i can get my money back or if i can change it with another library or sell.
