Order under review for 5 days

Heya,

Wondering if it's common for software orders to sit in under review status? Mine has been in under review for 5 days already with no download links or license issued (despite the payment having been successfully processed at the time).

Have contacted support a couple of times to no avail.

5 days is a long wait, even during Summer of Sound and its load of work for them. And now you even have to take the WE in account, so probably no news till Monday (at least)

Thanks for your quick reply.

I'm confused as to what under review even means though given that the payment went through fine. I would have thought it would be an automated process with licenses issued automatically so should be almost instant. Never had this kind of experience with any other digital purchase, very odd..

Did you eventually get the software? Having this issue now and have been waiting since Tuesday
