Problem with Komplete Kontrol Driver with S61 Mk2

I downloaded the driver, ran it and was even able to upgrade the firmware. But I cannot find the Komplete Kontrol Application anywhere. The folder that I was told to look in, program files/native instrument, has the folder Komplete Kontrol Mk2 Driver and no application in it. It has Helper and INF. I have no idea where to look for the standalone application. Please help. This keyboard was sold to me as new by a music store in the Philippines. If it was a return, would that program not be available, since it appears that there are other programs and libraries that I cannot access, even though I have the serial numbers (they dont appear in Native Access). Please assist me. Thanks.

The driver does not install the KK software, in fact the KK software will install the driver, the standalone driver is just in the case you had an issue with the initial install.

KK is installed via Native Access and you should have had a serial to enter into NA for your keyboard. Otherwise you may have to directly contact NI if you have entered the serial already and it does not show in NA as an option.

Got Komplete 10 Ultimate years ago. Installed on two computers and now have an s61 mk2. I see I have a Komplete Kontrol app on this computer along with most of Ultimate 10. About to re enter the NI world. Will most definitely need assistance with connections and re installing some of the missing apps on this (Macbook 2015) computer.....

If you have a specific problem or questions then my advice is to open a thread of your own in the appropriate sub-forum and give all necessary information including computer type , OS version , Native Access version , program version numbers , and any other info that might be of help explaining your question/problem !
