kontakt bass instrument only coming through left channel

for some reason I can't pan my kontakt instruments. It is only coming through the left side. When I try to pan right the sound goes away. I can see the signal coming through on the stereo meters in the program. Any ideas?

    Kontakt seems to be working. And now, the project I am working on now seems to work fine. I must be configuring something wrong. thanks for reaching out. appreciate the help.

    I'm using a soundcraft ui24r. It looks like everything is set up left and right. Not sure what I'm looking for. It happens on both my midi instrument and audio. I hear stereo out of headphones, but when I pan it is only my left channel that works. When I pan right, it goes silent. Really appreciate the help.

    What instrument is it? Do you have the same problem in Kontakt in standalone?
