the Kontact expasion "Feel It" can't be loaded into Native Access.

The Feel It Kontact eaxpansion is stuck inside of Native Access. It keeps saying installing no matter if I reload NA. When I open NA the expansion still tries to install. It's been 3 days now. Help!!!
