Yes , you yourself describes what you wrote as maybe sounding stupid , and I agree completely that it sounds stupid ! Even worse is that alas you apparently can not be bothered to even check your own theories yourself prior to bothering other people ! I am sure that there is absolutely no requirement that one must be logged into the www.native-instruments.com internet site in the internet browser (e.g. Firefox) for the Native Access app to work, What you refer to *of course* refers to that you must be logged into the Native Access app using your Native Account credentials ! ..
The absolute worst with respect to your persistent questioning my findings is that you do not even have the problem on your own computer and thus could not verify anything anyway and yet you persevere in doubting the problem cause established by me who is someone who actually do have the problem and who found out what caused it and am able to verify the findings !

Hey, PM of Native Access here. Allow me to clarify some things for you @Sunborn.
NTK Daemon stores your authentication token (generated after a successful) locally to authenticate calls to our services, such as downloading a product. It is not connected to your web login. You can be logged out on the website and yet logged in on Native Access. Native Access does not work without an internet connection.
The issue that's happened here is that we released a fix that caused our backend services to be overwhelmed following a necessary service upgrade that we reeled back. Unfortunately, the urgency for which we needed to release this fix caused a bug where this token was not properly refreshed. We're releasing a fix in 3.5.0 which is coming next week/early week after.

Sorry, but I have to report that NA 3.5.0 still forgets the login details. I see no pattern to it, some days it works and some it doesn't.
(This is on the Win 10 system)

Hi everyone just dowloaded GR7 update on my new computer but it seems the NI access password doesn't work even if it's been working on NI website .
Any idea ?
